So I did some digging, and it looks like this photo is from an H&M kids’ collection in Autumn 2011 - tied loosely to their All for Children campaign (thanks, Google Search by Image!). The five-year project was launched in collaboration with UNICEF to protect children’s rights in cotton producing areas in Tamil Nadu, India - with 25% of sales from this H&M collection going straight to the cause. Good on you, H&M. The most adorable campaign.
